AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA-CONTRA COSTA
TRANSIT DISTRICT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF BUS STOP SHELTERS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District, which
provides for the installation and maintenance of bus stop shelters on the
1. Southeast corner of Webster Street and Buena Vista Avenue
2, Southwest corner of Webster Street and Atlantic Avenue
3. Northwest corner of Webster Street and Lincoln Avenue
4. Southwest corner of Webster Street and Santa Clara Avenue
5, Northwest corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Broadway
said Agreement to be substantially in the form of that cn file in the office of the City Clerk
and marked, "Filed, July 6, 1976."
