CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8548
APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO, 1907 FOR DIVISION OF PARCEL 4 OF
PARCEL NAP NO. 1445, ALAMEDA' CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF AND ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT DEDICATED TO
THE PUBLIC (SOUTH SHORE CENTER, INC.)
WHEREAS, South Shore Center, Inc., a Nevada corporation, subdivider herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of Parcel 4 of Parcel Map No.
1445, known as Parcel Map No. 1907; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon certain public utilities easements
dedicated to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant
to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 1907, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to subdivider to record
same, subject to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the Planning Board of the
City of Alameda dated April 29, 1976.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Public utilities easements dedicated to the public on
said Parcel Map are hereby accepted.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda ir regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of July, 1971, by the following vote, to wit:
