AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT WITH ALAMEDA COUNTY TRAINING
AND EMPLOYMENT BOARD
BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and City
Clerk be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively on
behalf of the City, that certain proposed contract covering the period from July 1, 1976 to
September 30, 1977, with the Alameda County Training and Employment Board (ACTEB) for the purpose
of administering the comprehensive manpower program under Title II of the 1973 Comprehensive
Employment and Training Act (CETA), said contract to be substantially in the form cf that on
file in the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, July 6, 1976."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
6th day of July, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
