APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions
of Part 2, Division 24, Health and Safety Code of California, and particularly Section 34272
thereof, ALBERT H. DeWITT is hereby appointed as a Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the
City of Alameda for a term commencing on May 16, 1976 and expiring on May 15. 1980' and to
serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that theforegoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of July. I976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
