CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8565
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ASSIGNMENT AND DELEGATION RELATING
TO TRANSFER OF EASEMENT RIGHTS AND DRAINAGE MAINTENANCE TO
GARDEN ISLE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respxttive7y, on behalf of
the City, an Assignment and Delegation to the Garden Isle Homeowners' Association which
assigns the City's rights to and delegates responsibility for a certain storm drain easement'
located in Subdivision Tract No. 5442' the Garden Isle Townhouse development, said Assignment
and Delegation to be substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in the office of
the City Clerk and marked' "Filed July 20, 1976."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of July, 1076, by the following vote, to wit:
