AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH DENE OGDEN RELATING
APPRAISAL SERVICES
WHEREAS, u proposed agreement with Dene Ogden for his services relating to appraisal
of City property located on Otis Drive between Westline Drive and Rosewood Way has been submitted
to this Cuuncil, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda that said agreement be
en into;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor
is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that
certain agreement referred to above by and between Dene Ogden, and the City of Alameda for his
services relating to appraisal of City property. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to
same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
20th day of July, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
