ADOPTING BUDGETS FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS APPORTIONED FROM THE
HIGHWAY USERS TAX ACCOUNT IN THE TRANSPORTATION TAX FUND TO CITIES
KHEREAS, in accordance with applicable provisions of Sections 2100 and 2107 of the Streets
and Highways Code of California, a project statement and budget has been prepared showing the
estimated expendftures of such funds recommended to be made during the 1976-1977 fiscal year;
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budgets, is familiar with and approves
the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said budgets
be and are hereby adopted as the budgets of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds
during the 1970-1977 fiscal year.
