FIXING THE RATE AND LEVYING A TAX ON ALL REAL AND PERSONAL
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1975-1977
AND APPORTIONING THE SAME AMONG THE SEVERAL FUNDS OF THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the rate of City taxes to be
levied for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1976 and ending June 30, 1977, upon all property
assessed for taxation within the corporate limits of the City of Alameda on the basis of the
valuation thereof as shown by the assessment rolls in the office of the City Assessor of said
City be, and the same is hereby, fixed as follows:
At the rate of two hundred and fifty-two cents (25M on each one hundred
dollars ($100) of assessed valuation of said property on the Unsecured Roll; and
At the rate of two hundred and fifty-two cents (2520 on each one hundred
dollars ($100) of assessed valuation of said property on the Secured Roll; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thot, for the prupose of raising the necessary revenue for said
City for the fiscal year 1976-1977, a tax be, and the same is hereby, fixed and levied on each and
every one hundred dollars ($108) of assessed valuation of all taxable property, real and personal,
within the corporate limits of said City, as follows:
On property on the Unsecured Roll, at the rate of Two and 52/100 Dollars ($2.52); and
On property on the Secured Roll, at the rate of Two and 52/100 Dollars ($2.52); and
