CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8586
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH THEODORE OSMUNDSON 5 ASSOCIATES IN CONNECTION
WITH PHASE II DEVELOPMENT IN WASHINGTON PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, that certain proposed landscape architectural services agreement with Theodore
Osmundson at Associates, which provides for preparation of working drawings, specifications and
other bid documents necessary and desirable for the Phase II development of facilities in
Washington Park, said agreement to be substantially in the form of that or file in the office of
the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, September 7, 1976,"

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of September, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: Councilman Diament, (1).
