ACCEPTING BID PROPOSAL OF GATES, McDONALD & COMPANY FOR WORKER'S
COMPENSATION CLAIMS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES FOR CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the bid proposal of
Cates, McDonald & Company, placed in the office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed, September 28,
1976," providing for Worker's Compensation Claims Administrative Services for the City of
Alameda, commencing October 1, 1976 and in the annual amount of $7,762.00, is hereby accepted.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in special meeting assembled on
the 28th day of September, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
