APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 1613 FOR DIVISION OF PARCEL 3 OF
PARCEL MAP NO. 1445, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING RECORDING
THEREOF AND ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT DEDICATED TO
THE PUBLIC (SOUTH SHORE CENTER, INC. - SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, South Shore Center, Inc., a Nevada corporation, Subdivider herein, has
presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of Parcel 3 of Parcel Map
No: 1445, known as Parcel Map No. 1613; and
WHEREAS, said Parcel Map delineates thereon certain public utilities easements
dedicated to the public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant
to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 1613, heretofore accepted
and approved by the Planning Board, is hereby approved and permission given to Subdivider
t record same, subject to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the
Planning Board of the City of Alameda dated June 30, 1976.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public utilities easements dedicated to the oublic
on said Parcel Map are hereby accepted.
