AMENDING CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8585 TO CERTIFY SOURCE
OF FUNDING FOR PHASE III OF WASHINGTON PARK DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Item 3, of Resolution
No. 8585, adopted by this Council on September 7, 1976, is hereby amended to read as follows:
3. Certifies that said agency has matching funds from the
following source, Capital Outlay Fund, and can finance 100 percent
of the project, half of which will he reimbursed; and

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of October, 1975, by the followina vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
