ACCEPTING PROPOSAL AS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT (ARUTUNIAN/KINNEY
ASSOCIATES INC - BUENA VISTA PARK RECREATION BUILDING)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the proposal of Arutunian/
Kinney Associates Inc., dated September 16, 1976, a copy of which is attached, to prepare
necessary revisions to plans and specifications for the Buena Vista Park Recreation Building,
to supply plans and specifications for bidding and to supervise construction jointly with City
building inspectors, is hereby accepted; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said proposal and this acceptance shall constitute
Amendment No. 2 to the contract between Arutunian/Kinney Associates Inc. and the City of Alameda
for Consultation Services for the Planning and Design of Buena Vista Park dated October 1, 1974.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
5th day of October, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
