RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE ANC CONCESSION
AGREEMENT WITH PORT OF OAKLAND
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda has applied for federal funds for the construction of
City Line Road; and
WHEREAS, portions of City Line Road are presently located on Port of Oakland lands;
and
WHEREAS, the Port of Oakland also desires the construction of City Line Road and
has granted a license to use necessary properties to construct said road; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Board has determined that the environmental impacts do not
exceed the impacts analyzed in the A. D. Little EIR and that the A. D. Little [JR is adequate
for the City Line Road project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor
and City Clerk be, and each hereby is authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively,
on behalf of the City, a License and Concession Agreement between the City of Alameda and the
Port of Oakland, said aoreement to be substantially in the form of that heretofore placed in
the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, October 7, 1976.'
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Council certifies that it has reviewed and
considered the information contained in the A. D. Little Environmental Impact Report.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in special meeting assembled on the
