AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RELEASE OF ALASKA. PACKERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
FROM THEIR LEASE WITH: THE CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of the City is
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City, the written Release of the City
to release Alaska Packers Association, Inc. from any and all obligations and liabilities
under the Lease dated April 5, 1947, as extended by mutual agreement on March 30, 1971, between
the City and Alaska Packers Association, Inc. The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest
to same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in an adjourned regular meeting
assembled on the 26th day of October, 1976, by the following vote, to
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
