CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8619
APPROVING PROPOSAL FOR A JOINT CITY OF ALAMEDA - BUREAU OF
ELECTRICITY SELF-INSURED WORKER'S COMPENSATION PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, that the proposal far a joint
City of Alameda-Bureau of Electricity Self-Insured Worker's Compensation Program as outlined
in the report cf the Assistant City Manager entitled "Self-Insured Worker's Compensation
Program," dated October 27, 1976, and placed in the Office of the City Clerk and marked
"Filed, October 29, 1976," is hereby approved.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foreging Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in a special meeting assembled on
the 29th day of October, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
