AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL OF DAVID M. DeVOE AS SERVICE
CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager be and
hereby is authorized to accept on behalf of the City a proposal of David M. DeVoe on his
appraisal of property located at the southeasterly ccrner of Fir Avenue and Holly Street,
Alameda, California, as a service contract. Said proposal is attached hereto.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to the same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled or
the 2nd day of November, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Eeckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
