AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDED LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ALAMEDA
CONTRA COSTA TRANSIT DISTRICT FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
OF BUS STOP SHELTERS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and each hereby is directed to execute and attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City; an
amended license agreement with Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District superseding the agreement
executed by both parties on August 18, 1976; said authorization for execution by City through
Resolution No. 8547.
Said amended agreement provides for the installation and maintenance of bus shelters
at the following locations:
1. Southeast corner of Webster Street and Buena Vista Avenue;
2. Southwest corner of Webster Street and Atlantic Avenue;
3. Northeast corner of Grand Street and Santa Clara Avenue;
4. Southwest corner of Webster Street and Santa Clara Avenue;
5. Northwest corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Broadway;
6. Northwest corner of Lincoln Avenue and Webster Street, on Lincoln
Avenue; and
7. South Shore Shopping Center (Mervyn's; northwest corner)
Said agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file in the office of the City
Clerk and marked "Filed, November 16, 1976."

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of November, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
