AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL OF THEODORE OSMUNDSON
ASSOCIATES AS SERVICE CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager be and
hereby is authorized to accept on behalf of the City a proposal of Theodore Osmundson &
Associates, for the development of a concept design for a Senior Center in the City of Alameda,
as a service contract. Said proposal is attached hereto. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
attest to the same.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and reyularly
introduced and adopted by the Courcil of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day cf December, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Hurwitz and Sherratt, (3).
NOES: President Corica, (1).
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: Councilman Dianent, (1).
