AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT AMENDING THE LICENSE AND
CONCESSION AGREEMENT WITH PORT OF OAKLAND RELATING TO CITY LINE
ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the
City, an agreement amending the License and Concession Agreement with the Port of Oakland to
extend to February 1, 1977 the time for approval by the Economic Development Administration (EDA)
of the United States Department of Commerce of the City of Alameda's application for a grant of
money for construction cf City Line Road. Said agreement is to be substantially ir the form of
that heretofore placed in the Office of the City Clerk and marked "Filed December 7, 1976."

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of December, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Corica, (5).
