REJECTING CLAIM OF PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY AGAINST CITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the claim against the City
heretofore on December 10, 1976, filed by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company, whose principal
place of business is located at 77 Beale Street, San Francisc-, California, be rejected in its
entirety on the grourds said claim is not a proper charge against the City; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice of said rejection be in the following words and that
a certified copy of this resolution be mailed to said claimant's attorneys, John C. Morrissey,
Esq., Malcolm H. Furbush, Esq., Howard V. Golub, Esq., Pacific Gas and Electric Company, 77 Beale
Street, San Francisco, California 94106:
"NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the claim which you presented to
the City of Alameda on December 10, 1976, was rejected on
December 21, 1976.
WARNING
Subject to certain exceptions, you have only six months from
the date of this notice was personally delivered or deposited
in the mail to file a court action on this claim. See
Government Code Section 945.6."

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City ofAlameda in regular meeting assembled on the
21st day of December, 1976, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
