APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the
provisions nf Part 2, Division 24, Health and Safety Code of California, and particularly
Section 34272 thereof, LOLA S. PRUITT is hereby appointed as a Commissioner of the Housing
Authority of the City of Alameda, as a tenant member of said Authority, for a term
expiring May 15, 1978, and to serve until her successor is appointed and is qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 4th day of January, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None.
