APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO, 2073 FOR DIVISION OF LOT 13, BLOCK 3,
TRACT 3105, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA. PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN
(EASTERLY TERMINUS OF TIDEWAY DRIVE - PAN-PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT CO.,
SUBDIVIDER)
WHEREAS, Pan-Pacific Development Co., a California corporation, Subdivider herein,
has presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of Lot 13, Block 3, Tract
3105, known as Parcel Map No, 2073;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant
to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 2073, heretofore accepted
and approved by the Planning Board, as set forth in said Board's report to the City Council
dated December 17, 1976, is hereby approved and permission given to Subdivider to record
same, subject to the conditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the Planning Board
of the City of Alameda dated November 22, 1976.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112 (f) of the Alameda Municipal
Code the City Council finds Parcel Map No. 2073 is consistent with the City's General Plan,
and pursuant to Section 11-3112 (h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision
into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regulations.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 4th day of January, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
