AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH JOANNE AUERBACH FOR
PERSONAL SERVICES (ASSOCIATE PLANNER UNDER HU0701 PROGRAM)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the City Manager and the
City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, res-
pectively, on behalf of the City, an agreement with Joanne Auerbach by which she will provide
assistance to the City's Planning Department in preparation of a Land Use Implementation Program and
other Planning services as directed, said agreement to he substantially in the form that is
on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, January 18, 1977.'

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City cf Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
18th day of January, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
