AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS, FOR FEDERAL
FUNDS TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the agreement with the State
of California, Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, a copy of which is on file in
the office of the City Clerk, for federal funds to be made available for use on Federal-Aid
Safety Improvement Projects within the City of Alameda, is hereby approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is,
authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, said agreement on behalf of the City,

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
