COMMENDING POLICE SERGEANT HARLAN BERG FOR HIS SUCCESSFUL
COMPLETION OF THE F.B.I. ADVANCED LATENT FINGERPRINT COURSE
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council that Police Sergeant HARLAN
BERG has successfully completed the F.B.I. Advanced Latent Fingerprint Course, and has been
qualified as a fingerprint expert; and
WHEREAS, this adds fingerprint identification expertise to the Police Department,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda does hereby
commend Police Sergeant Harlan Berg for the upgrading of his professional skills for the
benefit of the citizens of the City of Alameda.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be presented to Police Sergeant
Harlan Berg as an expression of commendatien.
