Resolution 08672CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 9672
IN COMMENDATION OF POLICE OFFICER ROBERT A. LEACH
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Council that Police Officer
ROBERT A. LEACH, through his persistent determination to follow through with a police matter
involving a check kiting scheme, was responsible for the apprehension of the responsible and
the return of the misappropriated merchandise and stolen property; and
WHEREAS, Officer Leach should be commended for his investigation in a field not
normally a part cf regular beat activity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Alameda does hereby
commend Police Officer Robert A. Leach for his actions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be presented to Officer Leach
as an expression of appreciation for his meritorious service.
