ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS, FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
APPROXIMATELY SEVENTY-ONE (71) REVOLVERS FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT USE,
CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Provisions
for furnishing to the City of Alameda approximately seventy-one (71) Revolvers for law enforcement
use, No, MSP 3-77-1, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 15, 1977, he, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City cf Alameda will receive sealed bids up
to the our of 11:00 o'clock a.m. on MONDAY, MARCH 29, 1977, for furnishing to the City of Alameda
of said revolvers, Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California,
under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for Revolvers", or similar
designation,
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and bid. The right is reserved to reject
any or all bids,
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice
calling for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resultion and of saidSpecifications
and Provisions,

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Relelution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
15th day of March, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Ciament, Hurwitz and President Corica, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Sherratt, (1),
