AMENDING SALARY RESOLUTION NO. 8552 RELATING TO COMPENSATION FOR
AND POSITIONS OF OFFICERD AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
(AUDITOR-ASSESSOR AND TREASURER-TAX COLLECTOR)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that Section 1 of Resolution
No. 8552, relating to compensation for and positions of officers and employees of the City of
Alameda, be amended as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this resolution shall be at 8:00
o'clock p.m. on April 19, 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the provisions of this resolution shall supersede those
portions of Resolution No. 8552, and of any other resolution in conflict therewith, and all
such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only, hereby repealed.
