Resolution 08691325 CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8691 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT TO EXCHANGE REAL PROPERTY BETWEEN CITY AND HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES (OtIS DRIVE PROPERTY AND HBI PARK) WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement to Exchange Real Property between the City of Alameda and Harbor Bay Isle Associates, providing for the exchange of approximately 8.54 acres of unimproved real property on Otis Drive, owned by the City of Alameda and described in Exhibit A of said Agreement, and a certain parcel of land owned by Harbor Bay Isle Associates and described in Exhibit B of said Agreement, has been submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Alameda that said agreement be entered into; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor of the City is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Alameda, that certain Agreement to Exchange Real Property referred to above by and between Harbor Bay Isla Associates and the City of Alameda; The City Clerk is hereby directed to attest to same. * * * * * * * * * T, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of April, 1977, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and President Coriea, (5).
