AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT WITH COUNTY OF ALAMEDA RELATING
TO EMERGENCY AMBULANCE SERVICE IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, a proposed contract with the County of Alameda entitled, "Emergency Ambulance
Service Program Agreement" and containing an addendum establishing certain Administrative
Procedures in accordance with Paragraph 7 of Exhibit A of said agreement (Emergency Ambulance
Agreement Zone III, Alameda) has been submitted to this Council, and the Council is fully
informed and aware of the terms and conditions thereof; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City of Alameda that said contract be
entered into
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor
is hereby authorized and directed to execute, for and on b ehalf of the City of Alameda, that
certain agreement referred to above by and between the County of Alameda and the City of Alameda,
for services relating to emergency ambulance services in the City. The City Clerk is hereby
directed to attest to same,

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
19th day of April, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and President Corica, (5),
NOES: None.
