AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH HARBOR BAY ISLE
ASSOCIATES FOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF BUS STOP SHELTERS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and each hereby is, authorized and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with Harbor Bay Isle Associates, which
provides for the installation and maintenance of three bus stop shelters, two shelters to be
located on Island Drive and one shelter to be located on Mecartney Road, said Agreement to be
substantially in the form of that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, ''Filed,
May 24, 1917.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in an adjourned regular meeting
assembled on the 24th day of May, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and President Corica, (5)
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
