CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8720
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY
OF OAKLAND
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and each hereby is, authorized to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf of the City,
that certain First Supplemental Agreement, dated the 20th day of April, 1977, with the City of
Oakland, acting by and through its Board of Port Commissioners, amending that certain Lease,
dated the 5th day of August1955 and recorded the 19th day of August, 1955, in Book 7756, page
221, Official Records of Alameda County, California, to delete from the description of the demised
premiscsapproximately 311.526 acres of tide and submerged land, said agreement to be substantially
in theform of that heretofore placed in the Office of the City Clerk and Marked, "Filed, May 24, 1977.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in an adjourned regular meeting
assembled on the 24th day of May, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
