CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8722
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO DENTAL CARE SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND CALIFORNIA DENTAL SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Mayor and City Clerk
be and each hereby is authorized to execute and tc attest to, respectively, an behalf of
the City, an amendment, to be effective July 1, 1977, to that certain dental care service
agreement with the California Dental Service, pursuant to Resolution No. 8150, adopted
January 2, 1974, said amendment to be substantially in the form of that contract
denominated, "Amendment to Agreement", filed in the office of the City Clerk and marked,
"Filed, May 24, 1977".

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regulerly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in an adjourned regular meeting
assembled on the 24th day of May, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Clement, Sherratt, Tillman and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
