APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE LIBRARY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions
of Article X of the Charter of the City cf Alameda, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
DOROTHY R. LARZELERE is hereby appointed to the office of member of the Library Board of the
City of Alameda for the term ending June 30, 1977, and to serve until her successor is appointed
and qualified.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
7th day of June, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Sherratt, Tillman and Vice President Diament, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Corica, (1).
