CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8728
APPOINTING EX-OFFICIO MEMBER OF THE GOLF COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section
2-321 of the Alameda Municipal Code, incumbent Councilman CHARLES A. TILLMAN is hereby
appointed ex-officio member of the Golf Commission cf the City of Alameda, for a term
commencing April 19, 1977 and continuing thereafter at the pleasure of the City Council.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City cf Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 7th day of June, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Sherratt, Tillman and Vice President Diament, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: President Corica, (1).
