APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE 1977-1979 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to and filed with this Council a Capital Improvemen
Program representing a financial plan for the 1977-1979 Capital Improvement Program of the City
of Alameda, said program being entitled, 'Capital Improvement Program -- City of Alameda,
California," and being filed with the City Clerk of the City of Alameda as of June 21, 1977;
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Alameda has fully examined said Capital Improve-
ment Program and thereby finds that said program is in the best interests of the City of
Alameda;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that said Council
hereby adopts and approves said Capital Improvement Program in the amount of $9,839,660.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager of the City cf Alameda and the Auditor
of said City are hrereby directed and authorized to follow the precepts of said Capital
Improvement Program.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on
the 21st day of June, 1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckarp, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
