CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO, 8746
APPOINTING COMMISSIONER OF THE HOUSING
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to the provisions of Part 2, Division 24, Health
and Safety Code of California, and particularly Section 34272
thereof, WILLIAM So GODFREY is hereby appointed as a Commissioner
of the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda for a term
commencing May 16, 1977 and expiring on May 15, 1981, and to
serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of July, 1977, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None,
ABSENT: None.
