APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2159 FOE DIVISION OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ALAMEDA AVENUE AND
UNION STREET, ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING
RECORDING THEREOF AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP
CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S GENERAL PLAN (WILLIAM D. OLSON
AND ANNE S. OLSON, SUBDIVIDERS)
WHEREAS, William D. Olson and Anne S. Olson, subdividers
herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Parcel Map
for division ef PrePertY located at the northwest corner of
Alameda Avenue and Union Street, bounded on the west by 1729 Alameda
Avenue and on the north by 1307 Union Street, known as Parcel
Map 2159;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, Parcel Map No. 2159, heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board, as set forth in said Board's report
to the Council dated June 24, 1977: is herebY approved and
Permission given to Subdivider to record same, subject to the con-
ditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the Planning
Board of the Cjty of Alameda dated May 16, 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112 (f)
of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 2159 is consistent with the CitY's General Plan., and pursuant
to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regulations.
I, the undersi9ned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution w
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council adopted by the Counci 1 of the Ci of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled the 2nd of August, 1977, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, [Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
