AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONTRACT AGREEMENT WITII
ARUTUNIAN /KINNEY ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ATLANTIC
AVENUE BINE PATH MASTERPLAN
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and to attest to, respectively` on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed contract agreement with
Arutunian /Kinney Associates, Inc. a corporation, which provides
for the preparation and development of a masterplan for pedestrian
and bicycle ways along Atlantic Avenue from Main to Webster Streets,
said agreement to be substantially in the form of that on file in
the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed, August 16, 1977."
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 16th day of August, 1977, by the following
vote, to wit:
