APPROVING PARCEL MAP NO. 2171 FOR DIVISION OF
LOTS 111 AND 112, "MAP OF THE ENCINAL'PARK TRACT ",
ALAMEDA: CALIFORNIA, PERMITTING RECORDING THEREOF
AND FINDING SAID PARCEL MAP CONSISTENT WITH CITY'S
GENERAL PLAN (1261 WEBER STREET, GARY H. FLANDERS,
SUBDIVIDER)'
WHEREAS, Gary 11 Flanders, Subdivider herein, has presented
to the Council for approval a Parcel Map for division of Lots 111
and 112, "Map of the Encinal Park Tract ", commonly known as 1261
Weber Street, and designated Parcel Map No. 2171;
NOW, THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11 -319.1 of the Alameda
Municipal Code; Parcel Map; No 2171,` heretofore accepted and
approved by the Planning Board,' as set forth in said Board's report
to the City Council dated August 22, 1977, is hereby approved and
Permission given to Subdivider to record same, subject to the con
ditions set forth in the City Engineer's report to the Planning
Board of the City of Alameda dated July 20, 1977.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11- 3112(f)
of the Alameda municipal Code the City Council finds Parcel Map
No. 2171 is consistent with the- Cityls General Plan, and pursuant
to Section 11- 3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the
subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water
quality control regulations.
