APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE
DESIGN REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, pursuant to Subsection (e) of Section 11-221 of
the Alameda Municipal Code this Council determines that the
Design Review Board vacant position of registered architect
cannot be filled by a qualified person;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of Sections 11-221
and 11-222 of the Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of
the Mayor, PENELOPE G. BREWER is hereby appointed to the office
of member of the Design Review Board of the City of Alameda as

a citizen of the City at large member, for the term commencing
July 1, 1977 and expiring June 30, 1981 and to serve until her
successor is appointed and is qualified.
