ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR PRINTING THE COMBINED
LAND USE PLAN CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING CITY
CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Specifications and Provisions for furnishing to the City
of Alameda 500 copies of the Proposed Combined Land Use Plan,
No MSP 9 -77 -3 filed in the office of the City Clerk on
September 20, 1977, be, and the same are hereby approved and
adopted.
T FURTHER RESOLVED that the, Council of the City of
Alameda will receive sealed bids up to the hour of .11.00 o'clock
a.m. on MONDAY, OCTOBER 3, 1977, for furnishing to the City said
Printed copies_ Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in
the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and
plainly marked on the outside, Proposal for Printing 500 copies
of the Proposed Combined Land Use Plan," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the
provisions of the Charter of said City, to the responsible
bidder who, submits the lowest and best bid. The right is
reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the
Alameda Times -Star, a notice calling for sealed bids, in
accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said
Specifications and Provisions.
