AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF EXISTING CONTRACT WITH
GATES, McDONALD & COMPANY AND AMENDING TEE
CONSIDERATION op RELATING TO
SELF-INSURED WORKERS' COMPENSATION PROGRAM FOR
CITY AND BUREAU OF ELECTRICITY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the City Manager d City Clerk be, ud each hereby is,
authorized to execute d t tteot to, respectively, on behalf
of the City, an amendment the existing agreement for Workers'
Compensation Claims Administration Services for the City of
Alameda and the Bureau of Electricity with Gates, McDonald &
F Company, providing for the extension of said agreement to
_` ^ `. October 31, 1978 and amending the consideration provisions
thereof, said amendment to agreement to be substantially in
the form of that heretofore placed in the office of the City
Clerk and marked, "Filed, October 4, 1977."
|, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted 'bythe Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 4th day nfOctober, 1977, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Sherratt, Tillman and Vice President Diament. (4).
NOES: None.
