NATIONAL RED CROSS, ALAMEDA CHAPTER; FAMILY SERVICE
AGENCY OF ALAMEDA CALIFORNIA ; MARINE AIR RESERVE TRAINING
DETACHMENT; UNITED PILIPINOS OF ALAMEDA; AND ALAMEDA BOYS'
CLUB; RELATING TO ADMINISTRATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE
MANPOWER PROGRAM UNDER THE COMPREHENSIVE EMPLOYMENT AND
TRAINING ACT OF 1973
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the City Manager and City Clerk be, and each hereby is authorized
and directed to execute and to attest to, respectively, on behalf
of the City. the Program Agent, those certain proposed Modification
of Contracts with Associated Community Action Projects (ACAP),
the Alameda National Red Cross, Alameda Chapter; the Family Service
Agency of Alameda, California; the Marine Air Reserve Training
Detachment; the United Piljpino;uf Alameda; and the Alameda Boys'
Club; acting as sub -agents of the City, for the purpose of
administering a Comprehensive Manpower Program under the 1973
Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA), said contracts
to be substantially in the form of those on file in the office
of the City Clerk and marked "Filed October 4, 1977"

and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 4th day of October, 1977, by the following
vote, to wit:
