AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
HARBOR BAY ISLE ASSOCIATES FOR INSTALLATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF BUS STOP SHELTERS AND ENTRY ARBORS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that
the Mayor and City Clerk be, and each hereby is, authorized and
directed to execute and attest to, respectively, on behalf of
the City, that certain proposed License Agreement with Harbor
Bay Isle Associates, which provides for the installation and
maintenance of two bus stop shelters, to be located on Island
Drive and Mecartney Road, and two entry arbors, to be located
on each side of Bridgeway Road at Island Drive, in the City of
Alameda, said Agreement to be substantially in the form of
that on file in the office of the City Clerk and marked, "Filed,
October 18, 1977."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 8719, adopted
by this Council on May 24, 1977, is hereby rescinded in its
entirety.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
'Tduly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 18th day of October, 1977, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and President
Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
