BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to Sections 2 -321 and following of the
Alameda Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
HAROLD T. TEBALDI is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Golf Commission of the City of Alameda, for a term
commencing on October 1, 1977 and expiring September 30, 1981,
and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of November,
1977, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckan, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
