RECREATION COMMISSION

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that pursuant to Sections 2-311 and following of the Alameda
Municipal Code, and upon nomination of the Mayor,
PAUL R. KAPLER is hereby appointed to the office of member
of the Recreation Commission of the City of Alameda, for a
term commencing on October 1, 1977 and expiring on September
30, 1981, and to serve until his successor is appointed and
is qualified.
IL I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the
01' 0 City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 1st day of November,
1977, by the following vote, to wit:
