Resolution 08823CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION NO. 8823 APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 3883, A DIVISION OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CENTRAL AVENUE, WEST OF SIXTH STREET, FINDING SAID TENTATIVE MAP CONSISTENT WITH THE CITY'S GENERAL PLAN AND DETERMINING THAT DISCHARGE OF WASTE INTO SEWER SYSTEM WILL NOT VIOLATE REGIONAL WATER QUALITY CONTROL REGULATIONS WHEREAS, Martell and Raymond Kaliski, c/o John P. Kihn, subdividers herein, have presented to the Council for approval a Tentative Map for Tract No 3883, a subdivision of property located on the south side of Central Avenue west of Sixth Street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-3122 of the Alameda Municipal Code, the Tentative Map for Tract 3883, heretofore accepted and approved by the Planning Board, and subject to the conditions and based upon the findings contained in the City Planning Board's report to this Council dated October 18, 1977, is hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 11-3112 (f) of the Alameda Municipal Code the City Council hereby finds the Tentative Map for Tract 3883 is consistent with the City's General Plan, and pursuant to Section 11-3112(h) determines that discharge of waste from the subdivision into the sewer system will not violate regional water quality control regula- tions. * 1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of November, ]977, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Tillman and President Corica, (4).
