AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF TIDELANDS TRUST LEASE,
HARBOR TUG AND BARGE COMPANY, 1.8 ACRES ON
ESTUARY NEAR GRAND STREET BOAT RAMP
WHEREAS, certain tidelands are leased to Harbor Tug and
Barge Company under two different leases; and
WHEREAS, said land so separately leased would be better
leased as one unit; and
WHEREAS, one of said leases expires December 2, 1977 and
the other April 16, 1978.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA that the lease adopted by Ordinance No 1069, and
renewed November 14, 1962 is hereby extended to April 16, 1978
with all other terms and provisions remaining unchanged, payments
to be prorated.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in special meeting assembled on the 29th day of November, 1977, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Sherratt, Tillman and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
